How can counselling help me?
Counselling gives you the opportunity to discuss your phobia with the aim of overcoming or at least reducing it's impact by exploring a phobia's roots e.g it may be "learnt" from others, especially during childhood or it may be associated with deeper fears or past experiences.

Almost all phobias can be successfully treated and cured.
